The exhibition area is located within the conference Ballroom Foyer where all delegate catering is provided, with the two-day program providing interaction with delegates during both lunches and all session breaks, plus the Delegate Hospitality and Networking event on Monday night.

Display booths are 2.4m high and 1.0m deep, with both sides and rear wall panels in a white PVC coated face and anodised aluminium frame. Widths vary according to the level of participation ranging from 2.0m to 5.0m, and all booths are fitted with spotlights, power outlet and fascia with Company name.
