Sponsor participation is an effective method to be highly visible and create market awareness of your organisation without the cost and logistics required of an exhibition booth display.

All Sponsors receive pre-event publicity on the event website Home page with organisation logo plus link to Sponsors page for business description and link to your website.

Delegate hospitality Sponsor

Monday hospitality (90 minutes)

$2,500 (+GST)
Tuesday hospitality (60 minutes)
One only
$1,500 (+GST)

Sponsors of Delegate hospitality will receive:

  • Pre-event publicity with your logo, business description and URL link on event website.
  • Announcement in prior program session of Sponsor organisation participation.
  • Space allocated for Sponsor ‘Pop-up’ banner during Delegate hospitality event.
  • One delegate registration at 50% discount (value $500)

Coffee Café Sponsor

Monday and Tuesday (total two days)
Two only
$2,000 (+GST)

Sponsor for all-day Coffee Café receives:

  • Pre-event publicity with your logo, business description and URL link on event website.
  • Sponsor of Coffee Café with Barista service during all scheduled breaks and lunch.
  • Space at serving counter for ‘Pop-up’ banner and attendance by company representative.
  • Consumption of coffee at no cost to Sponsor (value approx. $900)
  • One delegate registration at 50% discount (value $500)

Program Session Sponsor

Monday or Tuesday / morning or afternoon (total 4 sessions)
One only per session
$1,500 (+GST)

Sponsor of a Program Session receives:

  • Pre-event publicity with your logo, business description and URL link on event website.
  • Announcement of Sponsor organisation participation at start and closing of each session.
  • One (1) delegate registration at 50% discount (value $500)

Morning or Afternoon break Sponsor

Monday or Tuesday / morning or afternoon (total 4 breaks)
One only per break
$1,000 (+GST)

Sponsor of Morning or Afternoon break receives:

  • Pre-event publicity with your logo, business description and URL link on event website.
  • Announcement before program session break of Sponsor organisation participation.
  • Space allocated for Sponsor ‘Pop-up’ banner during Sponsored Break.
  • One (1) delegate registration at 50% discount (value $500)

Sponsor acceptance

To confirm your Sponsor participation complete the 2020 Partner & Sponsor acceptance Form (click here) and send to event organisers Frame Australia Pty Ltd at info@frameaustralia.com

On receipt of the form we will confirm your booking and issue an invoice payable 30 days.
